Nope Duke and UNC are blue bloods and are always going to be there. Just because a couple of teams get hot/lucky at the right time does not validate a season long bad conference. ACC was 0-3 in the NIT, did not win one game.
I went to the Wake Forest vs App State game in the NIT. Wake won. I guess a couple of ACC teams get hot every year. i think NCSU has one 9 stright games against good teams. More than luck.
